I’m a People and Talent leader who’s passionate about helping people grow and building companies that scale thoughtfully.I’m currently the VP of People at runZero, where I lead Talent Acquisition, HR, and Culture and partner closely with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors on workforce planning, org design, compensation, and talent risk. I was brought in to build the People function from the ground up and have since put systems and programs in place to support growth across the U.S. and U.K.Coaching and mentoring are central to how I lead. I enjoy helping managers become confident leaders, supporting executives through change, and creating environments where people feel trusted, supported, and motivated to do their best work.Outside of work, I’m a mom of three, a soccer coach and team manager, and a room mom — roles that have shaped how I lead far more than any title. I value empathy, clarity, and balance, and I bring those principles into the teams and cultures I help build.
