I’m big on keeping things organized (thank you, CRM systems) and using data to make every touchpoint more meaningful.In my current role, I help companies solve hiring problems - whether that’s finding the right talent quickly, filling gaps during busy seasons, or simply making the process feel a lot less stressful.
