I’m a strategy and innovation leader who helps healthcare, nonprofit, and federally focused organizations scale impact in complex, high-stakes environments.My work focuses on translating strategy into execution — leading national initiatives, building multi-sector partnerships, and shaping policy and innovation agendas that improve outcomes for people while creating sustainable value for institutions. I’m often brought in when organizations are navigating growth, transformation, or essential change across multiple stakeholders.I bring deep experience in military and veteran health, where I’ve led and advised efforts spanning federal agencies, national nonprofits, and large healthcare organizations. This includes designing and scaling programs adopted across national systems, advancing caregiver integration into clinical care, and supporting healthcare innovation in highly regulated environments.Currently, I serve as a Senior Advisor to the Elizabeth Dole Foundation, supporting long-term strategy, partnerships, and innovation to advance the health and well-being of military and veteran caregivers. I also work with organizations and leaders on strategic initiatives related to healthcare transformation, partnership development, and organizational growth.
