About Madison Dieffenbach
A current Senior at Northwestern University. I am currently majoring in environmental science. I am interested and passionate about the field of environmental science, and I hope to pursue environmentalism in some form in my professional future, hopefully in the field of environmental policy and management. I have strong problem solving skills, am a committed and diligent worker, and adapt to new situations very quickly. My previous experience in the environmental field has not only prepared me for reading and writing with an environmental focus, but also left me with demonstrated ability to present scientific information. At the Chicago Botanic Gardens end of program symposium, I won an award for having the best poster showcasing my research, which has aided greatly in my scientific communication skills. I have experience in managing projects and collaborating with others, gained in my time on Kappa Delta\'s Executive council among other experiences. I also have strong interpersonal communication skills and am great at working in a team setting.
