Manage all aspects of Artist VIP programs on tour-Advance VIP aspects with all necessary venue contacts including Event Managers, Security, Hospitality, Parking, etc-Advancing that all VIP aspects are covered before show day. Including setting up walkthrough times for the morning, where all VIP portions will happen (check-in locations, lounge location, parking arrangements), ensuring the VIP program will be sufficiently staffed with any Venue staff needs (Security, ticket takers, etc.), ensure all hospitality requirements met by the hospitality team (BEOs, catering staff, sourcing of certain products such as Artist specific alcohol), reviewing and approving of all VIP associated costs-On-site manage all VIP aspects starting with walk through first thing in the morning, unloading VIP cases off truck and directing stagehands on where to push them, setting up the VIP aspects depending on package (Lounge, Q&A, M&G, Pre-show performance, etc), hiring and managing VIP assistants needed to run program, secure VIP tickets and ensure they are correct, prepare VIP check-in materials, ensuring VIP check-in is ran smoothly and assisting with any guest issues, running all VIP activations on schedule, loading out at the end of the night, and handling all VIP finances and nightly recaps-Work closely with venue staff and Tour Production/Management teams to ensure VIP activations work for everyone-Maintaining a professional demeanor while handling both guest and artist interactions.
