Lead end-to-end production for multimedia projects, including estimates, scheduling, client communications, shoot coordination, and post-production delivery- Serve as key decision-maker, managing project scope, timelines, and budgets while aligning internal teams and external vendors- Schedule and facilitate all critical meetings: internal check-ins, client kickoffs, set walkthroughs, and weekly status updates- Book and coordinate talent, scriptwriters, locations, rentals, and support crews based on project needs and shoot logistics- Create and distribute detailed Production Books (call sheets, storyboards, schedules, design boards, etc.) to teams and clients- Oversee on-set execution, troubleshooting live issues, ensuring adherence to budget and timeline, and managing scope changes in real time- Manage delivery of final assets: confirm selects, track post-production progress, and ensure timely client approvals- Process invoicing, discounts, and budget adjustments using internal tracking tools/project management software- Foster collaboration across departments including Art, Construction, Product, and Studio Management to ensure creative and logistical alignment- Coordinate project debriefs to evaluate outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement process updates that enhance future project success- Adept at building portfolios that are both creatively engaging and fully brand-compliant.
