I began my career with PepsiCo, completing a graduate internship supporting the Orlando Frito Lay Sales Zone before joining full-time as an HR Representative at the Lynchburg, VA Frito Lay manufacturing plant, where I supported both exempt and hourly employees through employee relations, change management initiatives, and day-to-day HR generalist support.
