About Madi Huffman

Hi! I\'m Madison Huffman (or Madi for short), and I am a current 5th year student at Auburn University pursuing professional Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Interior Architecture dual degrees. I\'m originally from Orlando, FL, where I discovered my passion designing for the human experience while in an Interior Design program in high school. I came to Auburn to develop my holistic passion for the built environment and plan to return home upon graduation in May- Orlando is a fun place to live! During my time at Auburn, I have had the privilege to serve as the President of the TEA NextGen chapter at Auburn, Theme Park Engineering and Design, where I have had the opportunity to participate in and lead teams for the Toronto Metropolitan Thrill Design Competition, sponsored by Universal Creative. I also have a deep passion for giving back to my community and those around me, which has led me to being involved in the SGA Student Council for the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction, working as a Teaching Assistant for the first-year architecture studio, and serving as the VP of Internal Affairs for the College\'s Ambassador organization. When I\'m not pursuing these passion projects, you can find me enjoying quality time with my friends at our weekly D&D sessions, at trivia nights, going on spontaneous adventures across town, or at a theme park!

   Lead 180+ student organization by facilitating weekly meetings, directing creative portfolio project, facilitating TPED Alumni Association, recruiting new members, organizing fundraisers, and representing TPED at IAAPA and design competitions.
