About Maddie Griswold

Hi I’m Maddie, a Project Manager at InJest Inc. Formerly a Public Affairs Consultant, I have experience advising clients to help achieve their strategic goals — centering community engagement and purposeful action. I’m also a Boston sports fan and come from a big family. I have high standards for myself and my team and am driven to help execute comprehensive strategies for clients and partners. A lifelong athlete, I have carried a “team-first” mentality with me throughout my career. Before InJest, I was Deputy Field Director at Five Corners Strategies, a grassroots public affairs consulting company based in Greater Boston. After Five Corners, I transitioned to work alongside the team at 513 Consulting on New England-based client efforts. In my Deputy Field Director role at Five Corners, I honed skills in grassroots outreach and connecting with community stakeholders to solve complex public affairs issues on the ground. After working closely with excellent mentors to learn the business, I went on to manage issue campaigns ranging from cannabis to the entertainment industry to school board elections, as I continued to contribute policy research that helped shape our team’s strategy. At Brown, I was an Analyst for the student-run Brown Initiative for Policy (BIP) and a Manager of the Div. I Men\'s Lacrosse Team. I also worked as Bumble’s Campus Director of Marketing Writing, communicating, and organizing people are my strongest skills. I am an advocate of gender equality, sustainability and economic empowerment, and I try not to take myself too seriously. I embrace a multifaceted approach to advocacy, leveraging my skills in marketing to craft compelling narratives.
