   Directs a team of 6 Supply Chain Analysts, overseeing strategic supply chain improvements and remediation efforts across a network of over 450 micro-fulfillment centers (MFCs) and two distribution centers (DCs) nationwide. Holds strategic ownership of the S & OP supply chain portfolio, including defining and maintaining purchasing policies for over active items within the Kinaxis buying software, developing and implementing network-wide OOS/D&E remediation, managing the Never Out of Stock (NOOS) program, decreasing non-transactional shrink, ensuring vendor compliance, and spearheading advanced analytics and continuous education. Supervises 8 regional forums for high-priority site remediation, successfully leading OOS and D&E root cause analysis and reduction while driving the development of critical action plans to resolve complex supply chain and operational deficiencies. Collaborates cross-functionally with executive and managerial stakeholders in Operations, Transportation, Merchandising, and Finance to govern the daily D&E processes, ensuring SOP adherence, robust data collection, and preventative strategies. Instituted and manages the comprehensive vendor compliance program, including the strategic review and tracking of all Purchase Orders (POs) and Transfer Orders (TOs) to enforce strict adherence to contractual and quality standards. Designs and delivers twice weekly, high-impact technical and leadership training curricula for Supply Chain Analysts, significantly advancing business acumen and professional development across the team.
