Hello! I\'m Madison, thanks for visiting my profile! I seek to identify the key challenges faced by employers, hiring decision-makers, and job seekers in the technology job market. I recently completed my Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a specialization in Consumer Behaviour at Western University, and I am eager to apply my academic knowledge to real-world companies and brands! My ability to cross-reference consumer behaviour teachings with psychological principles and theory is an asset to my capabilities in the Brand Management and Strategy, I bring to the table both marketing and consumer principles while also assessing new ideas through an applied psychology perspective. My commitment to community extends beyond the workplace. I actively participate in various extra-curricular activities, my most recent being an Editorial Team Member on the Psychology Journal Review, a Sponsorship Committee Member for the University Student Council Charity, a Committee Member for the University Student Council Appeals, and a Mentor for UWO \'BoostHER\'.
