Leads the planning, execution, and supervision of U.S. Serialization, RFID, and 2D Data Matrix implementation programs.• Serves as Technical Expert for Level 2 & 3 systems, including Mettler Toledo PCE, Wipotec OCS, and Optel Vision platforms.• Evaluates and validates proposed serialization and packaging solutions to ensure technical feasibility and compliance.• Trains cross-functional teams on Track & Trace systems, serialization processes, and regulatory requirements.• Supports Fresenius Kabi organizations in all phases of the U.S. Serialization Program rollout.• Authors and maintains key documentation, including Program Manuals, Guidelines, gWLs, and SOPs.• Coordinates communication between internal stakeholders, vendors, and regulatory partners.• Manages multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with FDA and cGMP standards.• Establishes priorities, tracks progress, and delivers regular project status updates to leadership.• Directs cross-functional teams (engineering, validation, maintenance, quality, operations) to implement serialization solutions for new and existing manufacturing equipment.• Initiates and controls project documentation, including Change Controls, Risk Assessments, SOPs, AOFs, and Purchase Orders.• Oversees installation and modification of serialization systems, including vendor selection, procurement, scheduling, setup, troubleshooting, and training.• Designs and implements control system upgrades to improve production efficiency and reliability.• Develops and standardizes Serialization Engineering Standards, Procedures, and Technical Specifications for long-term sustainability.
