About Madison A. Hallman

As a Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Coordinator at Robeson County Housing Authority (RCHA), I help residents of public and assisted housing increase their earnings and build assets. I have developed and maintained a comprehensive network of supportive services for youth and adults, such as education, training, mental health, and economic development. I have also created, implemented, and reported participant case plans in accordance with HUD and Grant regulations. In my previous role as a Resident Opportunity and Self Sufficiency Service Coordinator at RCHA, I partnered with participants to develop individualized case management plans to guide them on their journey to self-sufficiency. I facilitated, managed, and fulfilled multiple workshops and activities, such as resume writing, job search, and skill and talent assessments. I also monitored and tracked participant needs and outcomes and made recommendations as needed to ensure participant success. I am motivated by the opportunity to empower and enable people to achieve their goals and aspirations. I value collaboration, communication, and problem solving, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
