I’m an IT Manager at ALDI DX, where I help lead global projects that connect people, systems, and strategy across borders. My career started on the operations side as a District Manager in the U.S, where I was given the chance to lead right out of college: managing teams, overseeing multiple stores, and quickly learning how to bring out the best in people. That experience shaped my leadership style: grounded, people-focused, and action-oriented. Today, I’m focused on coordinating international IT initiatives that make everyday work smoother for teams around the world. Whether it’s rolling out new tools, aligning with stakeholders, or solving technical problems, I love working with others to create clarity and drive progress. I’m especially passionate about building strong relationships, leading with empathy, and making sure that tech serves the people who use it.
