I am a full-cycle recruiter for our Yahoo Sports, Finance, and Corporate functions. Additionally, I support strategic sourcing efforts, the New Hire Experience team, and University recruiting teams with several ongoing projects.Full-cycle recruiting for editorial, HR, marketing, technical, finance, and C-suite level roles.Source for niche roles with a deep focus on diversity, sourcing on anywhere from 5-15 roles at any given time for Director and above positions in addition to a full slate of my own requisitions. Recruit and source for tech leadership and individual contributor roles, including Mobile, Back-end, and Front-end Development.Work closely with Hiring Managers, keeping in constant communication regarding pipeline and progress for each role.Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, Workday Recruiting, HireEZ, and all G-suite products. Build out boolean strings to create a pool of diverse, qualified candidates, as well as passive pipelines for future openings.Perform phone screens to identify the most qualified candidates. Act as the middle person between candidate and Hiring Manager. Keeping in constant communication with timely updates.Schedule interviews between Hiring Managers and candidates and act as trusted guide for candidates throughout their entire recruitment process.Be a Talent Advisor, stay educated on the current job market, provide data to hiring teams and guidance for creating a smooth hiring process for elite talent.Extend offers, negotiate and educate candidates on compensations packages, benefits, onboarding etc.Support internal candidates and contractors through transfers and promotions.Conduct New Hire Orientation presentations weekly for all company brands - discussing and explaining Yahoo\'s mission, North Star, brands, benefits, and processes.Moderate recruiting events to educate students on working at Yahoo, building resumes, creating an online presence, and acing their interviews
