About Madison Stack

Certified Health Coach, Yoga Instructor and Raw Vegan-Plant Based-Gluten Free Chef. I am an experienced personal chef and enjoy catering small events. My passion is making Gluten Free and Plant Based food beautiful and delicious. As a Health Coach, I guide individuals and families through lifestyle and dietary changes to achieve their personal health goals. Yoga has been beneficial in my life as a form of physical therapy and has increased my flexibility, stamina, and successfully reduced pain. These improvements to my lifestyle have inspired me to share my talents and skills with other interested in developing a life they love. My extensive child care experience (including special needs and infants) has proven beneficial in transitioning families with special circumstances. It inspires me to bring these principles of health and wellness to the future generation. Yoga is a creative way to interact with youth and helps individuals to increase focus, manage stress, develop confidence, and creates a pattern of physical activity that can be useful for their entire life. In addition, I have enjoy developing small businesses and seeing personal growth and development as well as increased revenue. This allows me the freedom to work independently and from anywhere to meet the needs of others. My heavy involvement in Church work, teaching English and community service rounds out and balances my offerings and envelops the desire to do charitable and non profit work.
