ABOUT MADISON SKODZINSKY
Graduated from Homer Senior High School with an Advanced Regents Diploma and Business Management and Administration CTE Certification. During that time, an extreme passion for business was formed, becoming the former Vice President of Marketing and Management for Homer’s 2023-24 DECA chapter, an international organization designed for preparing emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management. Won a number of awards, including: 2nd place winner in Sports and Entertainment Marketing category at DECA Regional Competition, Top 10 Sports and Entertainment Marketing test score at DECA NY State Competition, John Hopkins Business Award, and PH.D Doctor of Professionalism Award. Completed a marketing internship of over 150 hours at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Heritage CNY Realty. Upon successful completion, a position was accepted as a Marketing Assistant at the company. Within this role, am required to adhere to strict brand guidelines and work fairly independently. Responsible for supporting digital advertising campaigns for agents, listings, and at the company level; planning, creating, and posting additional social media content to maintain a well-rounded feed that attracts potential clients; creating on-boarding materials for new agents; maintaining a clear understanding of the housing market to better serve agents\' needs; and much more.Recently started the continuance of education at Madden College of Business and Economics at Le Moyne College, a business school ranked in the top 10% among others in the nation, majoring in Marketing and planning to graduate in 2028. However, a sudden sparked interest in Risk Management and Insurance may enter into the equation.
