As the Client Success & Speaking Engagement Manager, I partner closely with Dr. Kasi Lacey to create seamless experiences for clients, event organizers, and audiences. I manage the full spectrum of speaking engagement logistics, from identifying and securing opportunities to coordinating contracts, travel, and event-day details.I also serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring every interaction reflects Dr. Kasi Lacey’s mission to empower leaders, boost confidence, and drive meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities:• Research, identify, and secure speaking opportunities.• Manage client communications, contracts, and event logistics to ensure smooth execution.• Coordinate all event-day details, including AV, travel, and timing, providing seamless support for high-impact presentations.• Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities and relationships, tracking outcomes and follow-ups.• Support the overall client experience, ensuring each interaction is professional, personalized, and empowering.
