Conduct outbound calls across several campaigns to prospective clients promoting our digital procurement platform. These prospective clients come from marketing campaigns, relationships built with vendors, and IT events.• Articulate the features of the platform to clients and through live demo walkthroughs, tailoring them to the specific needs of an organisation• Qualify leads and hand over opportunities to the appropriate sales team where necessary, working closely with account managers to enable a smooth onboarding process for clients• Handle customer service enquiries once clients are onboarded, providing a friendly and professional service tailored to the client’s needs. • Liaise with other teams eg Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment across campaigns and accounts, sharing insights for further progression
