Currently working as a process engineer on a multi-year, multi-billion dollar modular manufacturing building for a leading Pharmaceutical manufacturer. I am designing and procuring the new equipment that will occupy the formulation and dispensing suites of the facility. With that, I have been reviewing the equipment documentation (URS, FS, FAT protocol, SRAs). I am also working with the automation team to build the formulation recipes for that will guide both the equipment and operators through the formulation and cleaning processes. This is represented through process flow diagrams and phase diagrams. In addition, we are determining how best to convert paper records and logs into an electronic format that seamlessly integrates into the automation recipe. I lead a weekly formulation/dispensing sub team meetings to discuss open action items, scope changes and ask questions.
