My role requires me to be strategic, detail-oriented, and adaptable as I manage all facets of the employee experience.Benefits & Compensation – Oversee all benefits-related functions, including open enrollment, ACA reporting, total compensation statements, and compensation strategy development.Payroll & 401(k) Administration – Process payroll and oversee our employer 401(k) plan, including compliance reporting and annual 5500 filings.Compliance & Employment Law – Keep KH compliant with ever-changing labor laws, update internal policies, oversee workers\' comp audits, maintain legal postings, file OSHA logs, manage Colorado’s paid family leave program, and ensure adherence to local tax and labor laws.Employee Experience & Relations – Own the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to offboarding and everything in between.
