Neal McBrayer at the Tennessee Court of Appeals, I apply my extensive legal expertise and analytical skills to support the court\'s operations and decisions. With over 20 years of experience in the legal field, I have developed a strong background in corporate reorganization, commercial real estate, litigation, corporate governance and compliance. Prior to joining the court, I worked for clients of large law firms in Nashville, TN and Wilmington, Delaware, where I represented large corporate debtors, creditors, trade vendors, utilities and other interested parties in and out of bankruptcy proceedings, state & federal court lawsuits, and out-of-court workouts.
