Teach the upper-level athletes the technique, safety, and etiquette required to ski the most difficult terrain; Create a daily plan each weekend for a group of up to 15 kids that is developed upon the group’s skill level, the mountain conditions, and the group’s requests; Communicate that plan to parents. Able to walk athletes through terrain that they didn’t think was possible for them to ski safely; Maintain a deep knowledge of the layout, runs, and difficulty of the entire mountain.
