As the founder of the Professional Women’s Softball Players Association (PWSPA), I am dedicated to advocating for the professional development, well-being, and fair treatment of women in sports. Through our association, we have successfully created a platform for players to voice concerns, engage in productive dialogues, and collaborate on improving player care and working conditions within professional softball.Key accomplishments include:Securing pro bono legal counsel to support players\' rights and interests.Assisting players in filing wage claims and negotiating contracts with new leagues.Helping establish a new professional softball league, empowering athletes with better opportunities.Organizing community calls for players to address their concerns, ask questions, and share insights on topics such as scheduling, player health, and career development.
