About Madison Heywood
I\'m an experienced event professional with a passion for turning visions into reality. My journey began with studying Hospitality Management as well Event Management at Utah Valley University, where I built a strong foundation in the hospitality and events industry, followed by advanced training through IAVM\'s Venue Management School - graduating in June 2025. I started my career at the Utah Valley Convention Center as an intern and advanced to Event Manager, thriving in fast-paced, ever-changing world of events. From corporate meetings to large-scale conferences, I brought energy, organization, and a client-first mindset to every project. In 2022, I joined Thanksgiving Point as a Public Events Manager, where I joined a team who helped produce large-scale, high-impact events, including million-dollar productions that draw thousands of attendees in each year. After two years I was promoted to Director of Event Operations, where I now oversee multiple departments who help bring to life corporate, social, and wedding events across our property.
