In a world overflowing with data, I find my passion in untangling its mysteries and transforming them into actionable strategies.During my time as a data analytics intern at The North Carolina Rate Bureau, I embarked on my journey in data science. Working with large data sets, I gained valuable real-life experience in tasks such as data cleaning and visualization. Using Tableau, I created impactful dashboards requested by managers, effectively showcasing employee performance. Additionally, I developed a visualization that demonstrated the optimal number of workers for a team based on workload analysis, leading to a cost-saving insight that eliminated the need for a new hire.In parallel with pursuing my undergraduate degree, I achieved the Microsoft Excel Expert certification and delved into programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL. Currently, I am a graduate student in advanced analytics, further enhancing my statistical knowledge and strengthening my coding skills.
