About Madison Francisco
At the University of Georgia, I am a dedicated third year student pursuing a degree in Furnishings and Interiors with the goal of establishing a career in the Interior Design field. In addition, I am earning a bachelor’s degree in French and am on track to achieving fluency in the language. I am actively seeking internships and hands-on experience in Interior Design, including opportunities such as Junior Designer, CAD Specialist, or Kitchen and Bath Designer.I am involved in several organizations at the University of Georgia that allow me to pursue my interests outside of academics. To showcase my passion for photography, I serve as a campus photographer for The UGA Agency, the Student Merchandising Association, and the Fashion Design Student Association. Additionally, I am the President of UGA DECA, and we encourage peers to develop an understanding of professional practices related to post-graduate expenditures. I am also a member of the National Kitchen and Bath Association, which allows me to further develop my knowledge of professional practices within the Interior Design field, specifically in Kitchen and Bath Design. This organization helps aspiring designers, including myself, prepare for future internships and post-graduate career opportunities.Outside of my education and campus involvement, I enjoy exploring new recipes, staying active, and working on creative projects.
