As Director of Philanthropy for the Iota chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, I oversee all of the chapter\'s philanthropic initiatives, planning and executing two large-scale events each semester for over 300 attendees. In this role, I utilize time-management and communication skills to coordinate a 50-member philanthropy committee, collaborate with the chapter\'s Executive Board, and communicate with Ronald McDonald House Charities. I manage event logistics, delegate tasks, and ensure successful fundraising outcomes while fostering a culture of service for our members.I am also responsible for managing chapter volunteer initiatives, tracking member service engagement/hours, and implementing collaboration service events with other FSL chapters to maximize community impact.
