I am a proud graduate of Sacred Heart University, where I earned my B.A. in Marketing with a minor in Management. My professional journey has been diverse, including roles at LA Fitness (Kids Club and front desk), Crunch Fitness, and The Edge Fitness, each of which strengthened my adaptability, communication skills, and customer focus.For the past seven years, my passion for fitness and nutrition has been the driving force in my life. My own health and wellness journey showed me how transformative lifestyle changes can be for confidence, discipline, and character. This experience inspired me to help others achieve their goals, and today I am actively working as a private personal trainer.Looking ahead, I plan to pursue a Master’s in Nutrition with the goal of becoming a registered dietitian.
