About Madison Brock

Intersectional Relational Psychotherapist | LCSW (TX & CA)| Neurodivergent & LGBTQ+ Affirming | Accessibility + Clinical InnovatorHi, my name is Madison, and I am a practicing psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker in the states of Texas and California. I have over 12 years of clinical practice experience and more than 6 years of leadership in behavioral health settings. My work is rooted in evidence-based care, ethical integrity, and relational depth—and I specialize in building structured, adaptive treatment that meets each client where they are without compromising clinical standards or care quality.I work with individuals ages three and up—including children, adolescents, adults, and families. My clinical focus includes survivors of complex trauma, interpersonal violence (including childhood abuse, intimate partner violence, workplace trauma, etc.), traumatic loss, and chronic stress exposure. I support individuals living with personality disorders, dual diagnoses involving substance use and mental health conditions, and those navigating post-traumatic responses at both acute and complex levels. I also specialize in working with frontline professionals such as medical personnel, military service members, and law enforcement officers—often addressing burnout, moral injury, and cumulative trauma, etc.As a queer and neurodivergent clinician, I provide LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care rooted in both lived experience and clinical training. I offer gender-affirming therapy and culturally responsive treatment that holds space for identity exploration, relational healing, and self-reclamation. Many of the individuals I serve have felt misread, misdiagnosed, or misunderstood in previous treatment—and I work to create a space where they can safely re-engage with themselves, their emotions, and their growth. This same trauma-informed and relational lens guides my work in accessibility innovation and clinical pedagogy. I am the developer of VoiceMirror, a neurodivergent-affirming tool that began as a dictation aid for nonlinear, divergent thought processors; now an evolving tool to reinvent ND accessibility for us.Beyond tools, I’m invested in shaping how future therapists and social workers are trained. My focus is on integrating AI which can be a relational as well as modality skills-based educational tool. Whether I’m in the therapy room, designing clinical tools, or mentoring the next generation of providers, my goal is the same: to build systems of care that adapt to the people in them—not the other way around.
