I live on campus in a residence hall where I engage residents in networking events and educate them of campus resources. I work with upcoming student leaders in the student government and teach them how to effectively use a budget to create valuable events for residents. I communicate and coordinate with Hall Directors, other RAs, and campus police to ensure safety in my residence hall as whole, including working the main desk as the building\'s primary contact on a regular basis. Additionally, I work closely with residents who are experiencing conflicts in their personal or academic lives to help them reach solutions. As part of my position, I help run RA conferences, hold various informative and fun events, and interview new candidates annually.
