ABOUT MADISEN BRITZ
I’m a Senior at Florida State University pursuing a B.S. in Commercial Entrepreneurship with a 3.97 GPA and a consistent record of academic excellence, including the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship, the FSU Vires Academic Scholarship, and multiple placements on the President’s and Dean’s Lists.My studies and leadership experience with Delta Sigma Pi have strengthened my ability to think strategically, lead teams, and approach business challenges with creativity and passion. From developing recruitment strategies that drove a record increase in membership to studying the psychology behind consumer decisions, I’ve learned how innovation, communication, and leadership coincide to enhance growth.I recently completed the Sales Management Trainee Internship with Enterprise Mobility, where I gained hands-on experience in B2B and B2C sales, client relations, and operational management within a fast-paced, high-performing branch. This experience enhanced my ability to analyze performance metrics, strengthen and retain customer relationships, and adapt quickly to business challenges.As I prepare to pursue my Master’s in Product Development at FSU in the Fall of 2026, I’m focused on expanding my expertise in bringing ideas from concept to market. I’m passionate about entrepreneurship, management, marketing, and the process of turning ideas into impactful products. I’m eager to bring this mindset into my next professional endeavors.
