I’m a learning strategist, trainer, and speaker with 15+ years of experience designing onboarding, training, and engagement initiatives that help people feel connected, confident, and successful from day one and well beyond it.Originally from the Dominican Republic and now based in the U.S, I bring a global, people-centered perspective to learning and development.
