Hey there! I’m Madhu, a Lead UI/UX designer by role, but at heart, I’m someone who loves solving real problems for real people. With 6+ years of experience, I’ve worked across industries like Industrial IoT, education, and enterprise platforms, turning complex workflows into clean, intuitive experiences.What drives me? The “aha” moments, when a clunky system becomes something users actually enjoy using. When data dashboards tell a clear story. When school apps feel like they were made with parents and teachers in mind. That’s the magic of good UX, and that’s the kind of work I strive to do every day.Some projects close to my heart:LMW\'s Industrial IoT platform – where I translated raw machine data into clean, actionable insights for floor managers and engineers.Edusmart LMS – designed for both students and teachers, making learning more engaging and less overwhelming.Scool360 – a mobile app revamp that brought transparency and simplicity to how parents, students, and schools interact.Virtual Agent Monitoring – helping technicians maintain connected devices more proactively with user-friendly dashboards.And many more that challenged me to think deeper, design better, and collaborate smarter.I’m currently leading a design system initiative at NSP, ensuring design consistency across multiple products and platforms. It’s part craft, part strategy — and fully rewarding.Outside of work, you’ll find me geeking out on behavioral psychology, color theory, or sneaking in brush strokes for my next painting.
