My main area of working is Income Tax Litigation including Appeal matter that I want to be specialized in this field. Along with this I have in-depth knowledge of ROC Compliances of Listed Companies (AOC 4, MGT7/7A, DPT 3, DIR 3 and Alterations of MOA and AOA etc) and Direct Tax field other than Litigation matters like TDS Return filing Short/Non Deduction of TDS Compliance, ITR filing (Individual, Partnership,Proprietorship and Corporate & HUF) 12A and 80G Registration and 26A Certification.I have also hands on experience with Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audit and Listings and Delisting Compliances of Listed Companies and Company Formation and Strike Off process of Private Limited Company.
