About Madhurta Pathak
I am an Accounting and Finance undergraduate with a minor in Banking, with a strong interest in marketing strategy, brand communication, and business growth.Currently, I am interning at Tribes Communication, where I am part of a rural marketing project for Cadbury. I am involved in monitoring the on-ground execution of a large-scale campaign across five states in India. This experience is strengthening my understanding of last-mile marketing, large-scale execution, and rural market dynamics.Alongside this, I serve as the Subhead of Social Media for the Cultural Forum, where I lead content planning and digital promotions for college events, managing engagement and coordinating creative execution. I am also a member of the Social Media Team at Kaizen Club, contributing to promotional content and outreach for finance-focused initiatives.Through these roles, I have developed a strong blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and digital communication skills. I am particularly interested in opportunities in marketing, consulting, and business strategy that allow me to combine financial insight with brand and consumer understanding.
