From studying political science to understanding people — my journey has been a dynamic shift from academia to the heart of corporate life.I completed my schooling at St. Xavier’s Institution (Panihati), followed by a graduation in Political Science (Honours) from the esteemed Scottish Church College, Kolkata. I went on to pursue my post-graduation in the same field from the University of Calcutta. I also explored academic content writing — a brief yet impactful phase that honed my analytical and communication skills.Currently, I’m working as an HR professional at a leading cake manufacturing company based in Kolkata. My role is hands-on and people-focused — I manage the entire employee lifecycle, right from onboarding to offboarding. I support both our corporate office and dynamic sales force, ensuring smooth operations, a positive work culture and offering strategic and day-to-day support in every way I can.Whether it’s enhancing employee experience, streamlining HR processes, or simply being a dependable point of contact, I believe HR is not just about policies — it’s about people.
