ABOUT MADHURIMA PUROHIT

As a Business Analyst at Cars24, I leverage my MBA degree in Marketing, and my Bachelor degree in commerce. In collaboration with the product owner, the development team, and the stakeholders, I elicit, translate, and document business requirements into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, using tools such as FRD, Jira, and Lucid Chart. I also manage sprint cycles, stand-ups, storyboards, and retrospectives, following agile methodologies and best practices. Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst at Anil Industries, where I performed gap analysis, documentation, and evaluated the impact of implementing IT security and risk management solutions. I also supported end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, regression, and accessibility testing, using SQL, MS-Visio, and Bloomberg. I have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, and a methodological approach to delivering solutions. I value teamwork, collaboration, and stakeholder management, and I always seek to learn and improve my skills and competencies. My goal is to provide innovative and effective solutions that enhance the value proposition and performance of the platform and the organization.
