UX for Physical & Digital Products | First Product Design Hire | 30K+ Units Shipped I’m a solo product designer leading UX at a manufacturing company navigating its first digital product transformation. I design intuitive experiences where hardware meets mobile apps—with a sharp focus on user insight, technical feasibility, and business value- Tank sensor by EchoCheck (Bluetooth variant - Launched), EchoCheck (WIFI variant - In progress) End-to-end design lead for a mobile app that connects to a propane tank sensor used in BBQs, RVs, and hospitality. One key UX win: a frictionless onboarding flow that guides users in connecting their sensor to any tank size, making setup simple and frustration-free. Based on real user feedback, I added a custom tank feature—resulting in a better fit for our market. We’ve shipped 30K+ units- QMax (R&D Phase) Led early research, UI concepts, and cross-team alignment for a smart BBQ experience. My work shaped the product roadmap and enabled early-stage buy-in across engineering, marketing, and R&D. I thrive in fast-moving environments where we adapt design to physical constraints, budget realities, and shifting business goals—while keeping users at the centre.
