With over two decades of expertise in Environmental Management Systems, I bring a well-rounded blend of industry, academic, and research experience. I hold certifications as a Lead Auditor in ISO 14001 and Internal Auditor in ISO 18001, with core strengths in regulatory compliance, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), and Environmental & Social Impact Assessments (ESIA).My corporate tenure includes roles at Accenture, Cognizant, and Reuters, where I served as Management Representative for ISO audits and led critical Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs. I am also proficient in platforms like Enablon, supporting audits, sustainability reporting, and carbon footprint tracking.As a freelance auditor and project manager, I’ve supported both private enterprises and manufacturing units in improving sustainability performance. At My Bhumi, I led several successful environmental initiatives in partnership with government and non-government bodies.Realising that long-term environmental impact depends on behavioural and lifestyle change, I founded Earthitude Research Forum (ERF)—a Section 8 not-for-profit research organisation, accredited by the United Nations, and compliant with CSR-1, 12A, and 80G. ERF serves as the research arm of My Bhumi and is pioneering solutions focused on human behaviour and environmental sustainability, with particular emphasis on water, waste, energy, climate resilience, and urban sustainability.We have conducted projects with BBMP, KSPCB, and corporate partners like Accenture, Torrent Power, Formula 1, and Rane Madras. Our landmark achievements include India’s first Sustainable Toilet Audit for BBMP and Swachh Bharat and education outreach to schools on environment, hygiene, and safety, for which we’ve received recognition from BBMP.At Earthitude, our work integrates research, on-ground interventions as projects, and academic programs, aiming to drive measurable change and support India\'s journey toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our mission is to lead the transition to a more conscious, sustainable, and environmentally responsible society.
