I am a development sector professional in the making, with keen interest in agroecology, organic farming, and the broader questions around how food systems work and who they serve. I continue trying to understand the many ideas and narratives around “Development & Sustainability” while navigating policy spaces.In my current role at IFOAM-Organics International, I work on \"Himalayan Agroecology Initiative\" supporting the roadmap strategy development for Bhutan, Nepal and India for scaling up Agroecology across the region.In my previous role at EY, I worked with the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India, on strategy and stakeholder engagement for the International Year of Millets 2023, while supporting policy advocacy efforts for mainstreaming millets in India and globally.I started my journey working with a NGO in Andhra Pradesh, where I worked closely with tribal farmers growing organic cotton. Since then, I have been finding ways to get back to where I started (on the ground with the communities).
