ABOUT MADHURA KULKARNI

I started my under graduation degree in 2014 from Government Law college, Mumbai, and through my journey of 5 years I was lucky to experience wide range of internships and Moot Court Competitions. In few of my challenging internships I co-ordinated with legal consultants and was exposed to drafting & execution of various documents, Contracts & Agreements. During my internship with the litigation team of an NGO I had the experience of working with Senior Advocate, Bombay High Court and learnt how to singlehandedly draft Bail, Discharge, Bail Modification Applications. During my employment at an all service law firm in Mumbai my basic job profile was Structuring, negotiating, drafting and review of agreements, correspondence and documentation not limited to Service Level Agreements, General Power of Attorney, NDAs, Escrow Agreements, etc. Being a Maharashtrian I possessed proficiency in reading and interpreting the documents of Marathi language which was extremely helpful during my time at the firm. During the same time I had to maintain excellent communication and relationship skills. Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook, good knowledge of real estate laws was one of the basic requirements of the job. Being a National level athlete, my ability of working hard & staying determined and focused towards my goal helped me in my legal career as well. As a working professional I learnt to respond within tight deadlines, emphasizing strongly on good quality, timely and well-presented document, strong ability to plan, multi-task and organize routine work.
