In my role as a Teaching Assistant with Teaching Personnel, I provide classroom support to both teachers and pupils, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn and succeed. I work with students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, reinforcing learning, building confidence, and supporting those with additional needs such as SEN or behavioural challenges.I assist teachers by preparing resources, setting up activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment. I also support classroom management, encourage positive behaviour, and promote inclusion so that all pupils feel supported. Beyond the classroom, I help during lunchtime, on school trips, and with other activities where pupils may need extra guidance.This role has strengthened my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my ability to adapt quickly to different school settings. I take pride in being patient, empathetic, and encouraging, while following teacher direction and using my own initiative to meet the needs of each pupil.
