Designed and implemented robust system of management of Forex risk exposure through Forwards, Futures and internal hedging techniques Manage banking relationship and working capital and term loan credit facilities from Banks to ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization\'s needs. Participate in key decisions as a member of the Executive Committee team Managed the treasury function by establishing best in class planning and forecasting resulting in improved cash flow by focusing on reducing aged AR, rolling out aggressive payment terms to suppliers, negotiating current contracts, and paying within terms. Actively involved in tax planning direct and indirect including merger, demerger, restructuring etc. Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal and tax reporting activities for the organization including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to external stakeholders. Develop and maintain systems of internal controls to safeguard financial assets of the organization. Oversee the coordination and activities of independent auditors, preparation of annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS & Indian GAAP. Train and develop Finance department co-workers on awareness and knowledge of financial and tax management matters. Assessing business risks and to mitigate them through adequate review process, insurance policies.
