As a Trainee Psychometrician, I\'ve administered assessments for 30+ participants, prepared structured psychometric reports, and managed end-to-end documentation workflows, all grounded in data integrity and a genuine curiosity about people. Academically, I\'ve applied frameworks like Green HRM, the Weisbord Six-Box Model, and adaptive performance theory to real organizational contexts from diagnosing systemic dysfunctions at a legacy brand to designing situational judgment tools for IT professionals. I care about evidence-based practice: insights that are not just rigorous, but actually usable. I also bring a communication and creative lens to everything I do. Whether it\'s writing HR documents, building content strategy, anchoring events, or designing visuals. I use storytelling and design to make complex ideas clear and engaging. An international exchange semester at Mary Baldwin University (USA) on a full scholarship, and a Cultural Ambassador role bridging Indian and Japanese student communities, have deepened my appreciation for cross-cultural collaboration and global perspectives in people work.
