Also worked with Recruitment Team where I was responsible for sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job roles. Gained hands on experience in conducting interviews for candidates and using tools like HRMS, ATS. Eager to learn new skills to enhance my career.Completed my MBA with dual specialisations of Human resources and Finance with distinction along with University Rank in SNMV Institute of Management Completed my UG degree of Bcom with Corporate secretaryship with distinction and also secured Bharathiar University rank which proves my academic excellence. A quick learner and an aspiring leader who likes to interact more with people and interested in coordinating events. As a recognition of my leadership skills, I was honoured to be the Chair of Career Development Cell in SNMV Institute of Management and also acted as Joint secretary for the year 20••••24.
