I work at the intersection of climate, policy and governance. Currently @Transparency International coordinating projects across Asia and the Pacific. My days involve: synthesising data into accessible insights via effective reporting, budgets and timelines, organising international convenings, and finding effective ways to communicate evidence across stakeholders.My path: Business bachelor\'s -> Japanese - English translator ->(pivot to policy) Hertie School (Berlin)+ Waseda University (Tokyo) → social innovation in Berlin and India → impact across India, Japan and SE Asia through Salzburg → governance in Asia and Pacific at TI. What excites me: Evidence-based action, Impact, Data and Multicultural collaboration. Projects where rigorous research meets pragmatic implementation. Making governance systems and adaptation systems work better, in a decentralised manner is where my passion lies. Exploring next moves in climate, energy, and policy - particularly roles that blend with real-world impact. Skills: SQL, R, MaxQDA, Power BI and MS office. Languages spoken: English, German (intermediate), Japanese (advanced), Hindi and Tamil.
