I report cash availability to end clients by fixed deadlines, ensuring accuracy in the figures sent, as inaccuracies can impact NAV calculations and investments. I investigate any discrepancies in the funds, directing them to the appropriate team for reconciliation or providing backup for trades processed on our end. Daily, I process SWIFT payments and conduct sweep investments of funds\' end-day balances using the cash sweep application, while also performing REPO investments for specified client funds. Additionally, I book FX trades, forecast end-day balances, and conduct cash reconciliation to identify any overdrafts. Throughout the process, I handle ad hoc client activities as needed and ensure that KPIs are maintained and deliverables are achieved on time.
