ABOUT MADHUMITA SINHA

I am an experienced and a seasoned corporate trainer with great passion and commitment. Besides this am an avid toastmaster involved seriously in International toastmaster\'s program. I am a post graduate in PM and IR from Xavier\'s Institute of social service. I have an experience of nearly two decades in training, facilitation n content development. In addition to that I have had the experience of lecturing on variety of management and behavioural skills subjects with a panache. Having stayed in different parts of the country being a wife of an Army officer and having worked with diverse industries and educational institutions,I can proudly say I have the ability to relate and understand people from diverse backgrounds. which makes me an able facilitator for the behavioural skills and soft skills. I have worked in some of the best industries in the country like Infosys. TCS,oracle,Exxon Mobil,ePs and many more and a few B schools. I have been a pan India trainer for ILFS, ICICI and a regular faculty for management skills in Institute of chartered accountants for last 5 yrs in Mumbai and continuing till date. I have also engaged myself in training my clients in US and Uk online with great success and still continue to do so. Had the opportunity to head the training department of Kaplan Banglore for 8 yrs involved in teaching verbal aptitude for GRE/GMAT/IELTS/TOEFL.and facilitating SOP\'s. Of students for studies abroad. I innovate, create, develop and strive to excel in training and Facilitation.I am extremely passionate about my profession and like to challenge my own limits!
