Setup a new function in London with a small group of data SMEs to incubate strategic data issues affecting the Corporate & Investment Bank for an end to end implementation. This includes data investigation, pattern analysis, design / solution with data architecture, process change and then handing over to IT teams for implementation.Major accomplishments to date:• Enabling client data readiness for DB to comply with commitments made to BaFIN, FCA and the US Fed• Implemented the Underlying Principals (UP) Perimeter that has spearheaded DB’s KYC teams to work towards compliance with commitments made to BaFIN and move to 4MLD standards• Data analysis of client setup for Correspondent Relationships viz-viz AFC Policy has enabled automation and identified 5k+ clients that require Enhanced Due Diligence eventually helping DB to improve its high risk due diligence• Currently leading an effort to reduce KYC times by as much as 50% to support a Management Board mandate
